A Healthy Holiday Snack- no sugar, no dairy, no junk- SUPER EASY!
1 c coconut oil
¼ c cacao powder
⅓ c hemp seeds
1 T fresh mint, minced
½ t vanilla extract
¼ t salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
-in a small pot, melt coconut oil
-take off heat and add the rest of the ingredient, mix well-spread out into a small square or rectangular container lined with parchment paper.

-refrigerate until fudge is hardened.
-remove fudge from container and cut into squares
